Cancellation and Refund Policy

Opening

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all consultations, appointments, project engagements, digital services, downloadable resources, and payments made to ARB Consulting. Because consulting services involve time reservation, preparation, intellectual effort, and resource allocation, refunds are limited and governed strictly by this policy.

Consultations

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. A confirmed slot reserves professional time and may involve advance preparation.

Rescheduling

Clients may request one reschedule if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by ARB.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are not eligible for refund, service credit, or rescheduling unless ARB decides otherwise in exceptional circumstances.

No-Show

Failure to attend within the allowed joining window will be treated as a no-show. No-show bookings are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Project Engagements

Fees for completed work are non-refundable. For work in progress, ARB may calculate completed effort and pending scope. Any service credit or adjustment is at ARB’s discretion and subject to the engagement terms.

Digital Products

Digital resources, templates, downloadable files, and delivered documents are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, emailed, or delivered.

Cancellation by ARB

If ARB cancels a confirmed appointment for operational reasons, the client may receive a rescheduled slot or refund as determined by ARB.
