Opening

ARB Consulting primarily provides advisory, documentation, consulting, and digital services. Standard delivery is electronic, and no physical shipping is involved unless specifically agreed in writing.

Digital Delivery

Reports, documents, policies, SOPs, templates, frameworks, strategy papers, AML documents, and other deliverables may be delivered by email, secure link, shared drive, client portal, or approved digital channel.

Consultation Delivery

Consultations are delivered through video call, voice call, WhatsApp, email-supported review, or in-person meeting where agreed and confirmed.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on service type, scope, complexity, client inputs, approvals, payment status, and third-party dependencies. Timelines will be communicated during the engagement process.

Client Inputs

If the client delays required documents, approvals, clarifications, or payments, delivery timelines may be extended accordingly.

Physical Delivery

Physical delivery, if needed, may incur additional charges and will be handled through agreed courier or handover methods.
